Introduction

A clear and flexible exchange policy helps customers shop with confidence. This page presents the official Yespleasegift Exchange Policy, covering eligibility, how to request an exchange, timelines, and key notes to ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience.

Exchange Eligibility

Timeframe:

You may request an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. This window allows time to check sizing, colors, and product details.

Condition:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and original packaging intact. Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may be ineligible.

Proof of Purchase:

Please provide your order number and the order confirmation email or receipt to verify the transaction and speed up processing.

Exclusions:

Because many products are print-on-demand (POD) or customized, personalized items are only eligible for exchange if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Final-sale or clearance items are not eligible.

How to Request an Exchange

Online Exchanges

  1. Submit a request: Go to the Contact/Order Support page on our website and choose “Exchange Request”.
  2. Provide details: Include your order number, item(s) to exchange, reason (e.g., size/color), and preferred replacement.
  3. Follow instructions: Our team will confirm eligibility and send return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
  4. Return the item: Ship the item securely in original packaging within the timeframe stated in our instructions.
  5. Replacement processing: Once received and inspected, we’ll process the exchange and ship your replacement. We’ll notify you via email with tracking details.

Notes on costs: If a prepaid label is not provided for your case, you may be responsible for return shipping. For exchanges due to our error (defect, damage, wrong item), we will cover reasonable return/replacement shipping costs.

Price Differences

If the replacement item costs more than the original, you’ll be invoiced for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method after the exchange is processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll prioritize your case and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Processing Times

  • Inspection: 2–5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Replacement dispatch: Typically within 2–4 business days after approval (production times may apply for POD items).
